feat(whatsapp): notificaties via goedgekeurde templates WhatsApp staat vrije berichten alleen toe binnen 24 uur na het laatste bericht van de klant zelf. Onze notificaties (tegenbod, bod geaccepteerd, deal alert) vallen daar vrijwel altijd buiten en kwamen dus simpelweg niet aan. Templates zijn de enige weg naar buiten dat venster. Nieuw in lib/whatsapp: sendWhatsAppTemplate(to, templateEnv, variables, fallbackText) via Twilio's Content API (ContentSid + ContentVariables). Zolang de Content SID niet als env-variabele is gezet valt hij terug op de bestaande vrije tekst, dus er breekt niets voordat de templates door Meta zijn goedgekeurd. waVar() kort titels af tot 60 tekens, want extreem lange parameterwaarden worden afgekeurd. Alle zeven zelf-geinitieerde berichten zijn omgezet, elk met {{1}} = titel en {{2}} = link: TWILIO_TPL_COUNTER_OFFER tegenbod ontvangen TWILIO_TPL_NEW_OFFER nieuw bod op je listing TWILIO_TPL_DEAL_CONFIRMED deal rond (koper en verkoper) TWILIO_TPL_
