Mr Used uses a two-layer grading model to balance speed with security.

Supplier
Supplier Declared Grade
Default — fast & simple

The supplier declares the grade when posting a listing. The buyer sees the declared grade, price and lot details. This is the standard flow for trusted counterparties.

Hub
Hub Verified Grade
Optional — maximum certainty

The buyer can request hub verification before or after the deal closes. Devices are physically inspected at our NL or UAE hub. Grade is confirmed or adjusted by our team.

Add hub verification

Hub verification is the strongest protection against grade disputes. Recommended for high-value transactions or new trading relationships.

Every device sent to a Mr Used hub for verification goes through a full 60+ point inspection. Grade is confirmed in writing before funds are released.

Full visual assessment of screen, body, ports and buttons under standardised lighting. Every scratch, dent and mark is documented.

Full functionality test
All hardware tested: touchscreen, cameras, speakers, microphone, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cellular, Face ID / fingerprint sensor.

IMEI validation
IMEI verified against global blacklist databases. No stolen or blocked devices ever pass through our hubs.

Devices verified as genuine. No counterfeit, cloned or modified hardware is accepted through our inspection process.

Battery capacity measured and documented. Health percentage included in the grade report for every device.
