What happens between deal and delivery
Most platforms stop once buyer and seller have found each other. Mr Used runs the entire transaction, and that order of events is your protection.

Deal agreed
Price and quantity confirmed. You receive a contract and pro forma invoice from Mr Used, and the supplier stays anonymous.

You pay Mr Used
Your payment is held by the platform. The supplier does not receive a cent yet.

Goods go to the hub
The supplier ships to our hub in NL or UAE, where the lot is inspected and the grade is checked against the listing.

Supplier is paid after inspection
Only when the goods pass inspection does the supplier get paid. Not before.
